I have challenged myself to prove that I was improving by improving my pace numbers at different distances.
Good run with Chris on this day. We tried to improve on all the of my paces for each distance up to 5 miles. We did it! He led the way, and his numbers are much better. Some of the Training Peaks numbers do not look correct. However, it seems like good progress heading to this rest of the year with a half marathon and marathon getting closer. We are trying to focus on stronger finishes, especially for me, since I have often faded near the ends of runs.
